Beyond selling s3x toys, Peech builds community through events. On average, the brand hosts around twelve happenings every month: in-store pop-ups, art openings, magazine launches, dild0 parties, quizzes, market stalls, live shopping sessions, and collaborations with local bars and cafés. These events are a key way for Peech to meet people in person and extend the brand experience beyond retail.

The Challenge
With such a high frequency and variety of events, communication needed structure. The main challenge was making sure people could instantly find the essentials — what, when, where, price — while still feeling the playful and energetic vibe Peech is known for. The system also had to share a common language and style across multiple platforms: Instagram posts and stories, Facebook events, and newsletters. And beyond the audience-facing aspects, it needed to be easy and effortless for the internal team to use.

The Design System
I developed a flexible event system that provides a clear monthly overview while remaining scalable and adaptable. At its core is a shareable calendar format designed for both Instagram stories and carousel posts. The overview introduces the month at a glance, while swiping through the carousel reveals details for each event. Layouts adjust seamlessly to different text lengths and levels of detail.

Flexibility and Scalability
The system accommodates events with or without imagery, making it easy to swap in photos, graphics, or illustrations depending on what’s available. Logos, partner mentions, themed weekends, or extra event program can be added without breaking the flow. This ensures each event feels on-brand while staying responsive to the material at hand.

Formats in Use
With minor adjustments, the framework works across stories, carousel posts, and newsletters. The first slide or card always gives an overview, while the following ones share details for each event. Individual cards can be extracted and reused as standalone reminder posts on the day of the event. On stories, extra elements like links, countdowns, or additional context can easily be layered in.

Impact

The result is a communication tool that is clear, adaptable, and repeatable. It delivers essential information at a glance while capturing the unique atmosphere of Peech’s events — both the logistics and the intangible vibe. By systematizing event communication, Peech can run twelve or more events a month without losing clarity or identity, while keeping space for playful variations that match the spirit of each gathering.
